Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit secures your spot in the February 2026 Yoga Teacher Training and is applied toward your total tuition balance.
$999 USD deposit for Dorm or Shared Room options
$2,000 USD deposit for the Private Room option
Please note:
Deposits hold your place in the training but do not qualify for the early bird rate.
Early bird pricing applies only to payments made in full before November 1, 2025.
When submitting your deposit, please indicate your room preference (Dorm, Shared Room, or Private Room). Maddy will do her best to honor your choice, but room priority is given to students who pay in full.
Payment Plan Options
Payment plans are available for students who prefer to split their tuition into multiple installments.
You may choose:
3-Month Plan: Deposit + 2 monthly payments
2-Month Plan: Deposit + 1 remaining balance
Your payment schedule will depend on your sign-up date:
Before November 1, 2025: Early bird pricing applies only if paid in full.
After November 1, 2025: Standard tuition applies to all.
Once your deposit is received, Maddy will reach out personally to finalize your payment schedule through Stripe and confirm your room assignment.
Refund & Withdrawal Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space in the February 2026 Yoga Teacher Training:
$999 USD for Dorm or Shared Room bookings
$2,000 USD for Private Room bookings
These deposits ensure your spot and help cover housing, materials, and administrative costs.
If you withdraw 60 or more days before the training start date (before December 1, 2025), you may receive a 50% refund of any tuition paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.
If you withdraw less than 60 days before the training begins or after the program has started, no refunds will be issued.
In the rare case of an emergency or extenuating circumstance, a partial credit may be offered toward a future training at Maddy’s discretion.
Please note: spaces are limited to 12 participants, and by reserving your spot, accommodations and meals are secured on your behalf.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances.
Next Steps
Once your payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Samastha Yoga Shala within 24 hours.
Shortly after, you’ll also receive:
A Welcome Email with all next steps and important details about your training
Your Student Agreement + Liability Waiver to review and sign
A Student Intake Form to help us accommodate your dietary needs, health considerations, and room preferences
